A fast-paced multinational high technology company needed to standardize and consistently train system administrators across the US and Asia.
The Learning Consortium worked with subject matter experts to develop a best-practices model and site-specific training for new or transferring system administrators for use at various sites across the US and in Asia. Products included the competency model, presentation materials and learner notebooks.
Training was standardized and successfully delivered throughout the US and Asia. System administrators demonstrated improved and more consistent response and performance and response time measurably improved.
