Action: The Learning Consortium worked with senior leadership and an advisory team to clarify company values and develop leadership competency models. We developed tools to successfully recruit, hire and train managers and supervisors and provide career options. We developed or identified training programs for required competencies and implemented the training administrative systems to sustain them.

Results: Management and supervisory personnel enjoyed a sophisticated leadership development program normally found in only large companies, and the company benefited from a powerful recruiting tool for new talent.
